(a) Should university education be free? (b) Is the gig economy a step forward for workers? (c) Can cities be both attractive and affordable?

Corrigé

(a) Déplacement : The question is not so much whether students should pay as who should bear the cost of a degree that benefits both the graduate and society. Thèse possible : a mixed system, free at the point of use but partly repaid through income-linked contributions, is fairer than either extreme.

(b) Paradoxe : How can a model that promises workers freedom leave so many of them without sick pay or a stable income? Thèse possible : the gig economy is a step forward only if flexibility is matched by basic social protection.

(c) Mesure : To what extent can a city attract investment and talent without pricing out the people who keep it running? Thèse possible : attractiveness and affordability can coexist, but only through deliberate housing policy, not market forces alone.
